Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. We prioritize customer satisfaction by offering free revisions first, and only resort to refunds if issues remain unresolved. Below we outline our revision process, refund eligibility criteria, limitations, and how to request a refund.

Free Revision—First Commitment

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We provide up to 3 free revisions on all plagiarism removal or editing projects to address your concerns and meet the agreed standards. If you are not happy with the initial results, simply request a revision within the scope of the original instructions, and our team will make the necessary corrections or improvements promptly. We believe most issues can be resolved through these revisions, ensuring you get the quality and plagiarism reduction you expect before considering any refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

While we strive to correct any problems through revisions, we do recognize certain situations where a refund may be warranted. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

Missed Deadlines

If we fail to deliver the completed work by the agreed deadline, and no extension was mutually arranged, you have the right to cancel the order and request a full refund. Timely delivery is a core promise of our service, and a missed deadline (without prior agreement) qualifies you for a 100% refund of any payment made.

Unsatisfactory Work (After Revisions)

If you remain dissatisfied with the quality of our work even after using all your free revisions, you may request a refund. We expect that our three rounds of revisions will resolve any issues. However, if the final output still does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or quality standards, and you have exhausted the revision options, you can receive a refund for the project. (We will never deny a refund solely on the basis of dissatisfaction if you have given us the opportunity to correct the work through revisions.)

Plagiarism Reduction Guarantee

Our service guarantee is to reduce the plagiarism/similarity percentage to the level promised at the time of agreement. In the rare case that we fail to achieve the expected plagiarism reduction (for example, if we promised <10% similarity but the final document remains above that level) even after revisions, you are entitled to a partial refund. This ensures you pay only for the objective achieved of our service—plagiarism removal.

Note: We will provide evidence of the plagiarism percentage via official reports. If the target is missed, we will continue working on further revisions at no extra cost to meet the promised similarity level. If the target still cannot be achieved, a partial refund will be offered, calculated on a pro rata basis, based on the portion of the work that could not meet the target.

Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order in the early stages of the project (before the work is largely completed or delivered), we can offer a partial refund. The amount of the refund will depend on the extent of work already completed. For instance, if you cancel soon after payment and we have not started working, you will receive a full refund. If work had begun, we will deduct a reasonable fee proportional to the work already done and refund the remainder. Once a significant portion of the service has been completed and delivered, cancellations will generally not be eligible for a full refund, but you can still count on our revision support to address any issues.

All refunds, whether full or partial, will be determined on a case-by-case basis in line with the above criteria. We are committed to being fair and will clearly explain the refund amount calculation if a partial refund is warranted.

Limitations and Non-Refundable Situations

To keep our policy fair, we also maintain clear boundaries on when refunds do not apply. Below are important limitations and scenarios not covered by our refund policy:

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be made within 10 calendar days of us delivering the final work. If you contact us after 10 days from the final delivery, we will still assist with revisions if applicable, but we will not be able to offer a refund. This time frame is in place to encourage prompt review of the work and timely resolution of any issues.

Approved Final Work

Once you have approved the final document and/or released the remaining payment (signifying that you are satisfied with the work), the transaction is considered complete. After final approval, no refunds will be issued except for issues falling under the above eligible cases (e.g. a promised plagiarism level was not actually achieved). For example, if you confirm that the document is acceptable and then later have a change of heart, a refund will not be granted. We urge you to review the work carefully during the revision phase before final approval.

Changes of Scope or New Requests

Refunds are not provided for issues that arise due to changes in requirements or new requests that were not part of the original agreement. Our free revisions cover adjustments within the initial scope of work. If you introduce new instructions or substantially altered requirements after work has begun or after delivery, those would be handled as separate work (with additional cost if necessary) and are not grounds for a refund of the original order.

Client-Modified Content

Our plagiarism reduction guarantee and refund policy apply to the document as we delivered it. If you or a third party modify the document after our service (for instance, adding new content that introduces plagiarism or altering our edits), we cannot be held responsible for any new issues introduced. In such cases, no refund will be given for problems that were caused by post-delivery modifications. (We can still assist with further editing or plagiarism checks as a new service if needed.)

Academic/Outcome Guarantees:

We do not guarantee specific academic or publication outcomes such as journal acceptance, grades, or thesis approval beyond our control. Our commitment is to deliver a plagiarism-free, well-edited document as per your order. If we have done so, subsequent outcomes (e.g., how your university or publisher responds) do not qualify for refunds. For instance, a journal’s rejection of a paper for reasons other than plagiarism removal quality or a lower grade due to content reasons will not entitle the client to a refund, as long as we fulfilled the service as promised. We encourage clients to utilize the revisions phase to ensure the work meets all their expectations before submission.

Multiple Revision Preference

Please note that you cannot request both a revision and a refund simultaneously for the same issue. We ask that you allow us to attempt the free revisions to fix any problems first. If after revisions the problem remains unsolved, then a refund will be processed as per our policy. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without giving us a chance to resolve the issue via revisions may void our satisfaction guarantee and refund commitment. (In short, use the revision option—it’s free and usually resolves the issue—before seeking a refund.)

Fraudulent or Unethical Use

Any signs of misuse of our refund policy (such as attempting to obtain a refund after fully using the edited document or for fraudulent claims) will be handled seriously. We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of suspected fraud or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Return of Work on Refund

If a full refund is issued on a completed project, we retain the rights to the work delivered. You agree not to use any portion of the content we provided in such cases. This is to ensure that no one gains an unfair advantage by using the work without payment. (For example, if a refund is granted, any edited document or plagiarism-reduced text we provided should be deleted or not used by the client.)

Submission Timeline

Ensure that your refund request is submitted within the allowed timeframe (within 10 days of final delivery, as noted above). Requests outside this window may not be considered for a refund.

Review by Our Team

Once we receive your refund request, our support team will acknowledge it and begin a review. We may reach out for additional information or clarification if needed. Our team will verify the details, such as whether revisions were exhausted, the plagiarism report levels, delivery timestamps, and any other relevant facts. (In some cases, for quality disputes, we may involve a senior editor to evaluate if the work met the agreed criteria. For plagiarism disputes, we will review the Turnitin/Drillbit reports.

Resolution and Response:

After investigation, we will inform you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, we will specify the amount (full or partial) and any applicable explanations. If the refund is denied, we will provide a clear reason (for example, request outside the time limit, issue resolved by revision, etc.) and continue to support you with revisions if still possible.

Refund Processing:

For approved refunds, we will process the payment back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few additional days for the credit to reflect in your account. We will notify you once the refund has been issued from our end. If you paid by credit/debit card or online payment, the refund will go back to same card/account. (Any transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable in some cases, but we do not deduct any service fees of our own for approved refunds.)
